OXybee is a preparation for combating varroatosis in honey bees. Its main active ingredient is oxalic acid. With one package, 30-40 bee families can be treated, depending on their strength. The dose is 5-6 milliliters between beams covered.

An advantage of the preparation is its high shelf life - 2 years from the date of manufacture and one year after mixing of the active ingredients. After mixing, storage should be in the refrigerator.

Application: After opening the hive, remove the wax structures between the frames to allow the bee to access the bee. Using a syringe or dispenser, apply 5-6 milliliters of solution directly onto the bees. Caution, treat only where bees are located. The overdose should not be exceeded, overdosing has the opposite effect on bee colonies.

OXybee is applied to bee-free bee families. No need for re-administration, duplication of the preparation has a negative effect.

Treat early in the spring or late autumn when a bee is not in the bee family.

At treatment the ambient temperature should be above 3 degrees Celsius.

Although the preparation is harmless and is not deposited in honey, it is not recommended to treat bees during a honeycomb.
